Planning Board Meetings are held remotely on Zoom Webinar, unless it says otherwise.

  • To watch or comment during a public hearing, click “Register for Zoom Webinar” next to the meeting below. The Planning Board might not take public comment on items not listed as "Hearing." 
  • E-mail written comments before a meeting to planningboardcomment@cambridgema.govInclude the address, case number, or description of what you are commenting on. The Planning Board will get all written comments sent by 5:00pm the day before the meeting.
  • To watch video of past Planning Board meetings, use the City Meeting Video Link.

Additional Meeting Information

  • Meeting agendas may include public hearings and matters of general business. Public hearings are required for Planning Board special permit cases and for zoning petitions.
  • The Board will take public testimony during a public hearing, but not necessarily during other items of general business.
  • Public hearing notices are posted at least two weeks in advance of a hearing date.
  • Agendas are typically made available about 5 days before the date of the meeting.
  • Transcripts are adopted in place of meeting minutes. Transcripts are usually available about four weeks after a meeting.
