Memorial Day Observance for Maritime Military Members
Join the City of Cambridge Department of Veterans Services (DVS) to to commemorate military members lost due to maritime battles/ disasters. We will release flowers, have a moment of silence, and reflect while listening to a recording of the Navy Academy Choir.

September 27 and 28 Traffic Impacts
The City of Cambridge is notifying residents, businesses, and visitors of street closures and traffic impacts September 27 and 28 due to Arts in the Park, S.S. Cosmas and Damian Society Open House, Paddy's Cambridge Classic 5K, and the Rib Festival.
35 Cherry Street
The Cherry Street lot at 35 Cherry Street was acquired by the City as the result of a real estate development agreement with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) involving a number of parcels in an adjacent sector of the Main Street corridor.

Many city buildings have heavy doors without automatic openers, often making access to these buildings a challenge. Touchless automatic door openers benefit those who are elderly, pregnant, using wheelchairs or walkers, pushing strollers, concerned about germs, or anyone who has their hands full.
