Advisory Consultation Pre-Application Community Meetings
Before applying for a Planning Board Advisory Consultation (PBAC), an applicant must conduct a community engagement process including at least one community meeting. These meetings should follow the requirements in Section 19.47.2.b.
NOTE: The developer is responsible for conducting the meeting and notifying abutters, neighborhood groups and CDD staff. A summary of the engagement process must be included with the PBAC Application.
