The course reviews the rights and responsibilities of condominium owners, and helps owners in planning for maintaining their unit and common areas and elements, and manage their investment in their home. This course is required for all homeowners who purchased their home with a ONE Mortgage, but is also open to all condominium owners or those considering buying a condominium.
